Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
